What You’ll Do

• Perform residential and commercial inspections

• Ensure compliance with applicable Building Codes and regulations

• Review construction plans and documentation

• Prepare accurate digital inspection reports

• Communicate effectively with contractors, developers, and the public

• Help keep projects moving while maintaining high standards

Building Inspector 

Ideal candidates will have:

• 3+ years of inspection or construction experience

• Residential and commercial inspection experience

• ICC certification preferred

• Pay Range: $28–$35/hour

 

Senior Building Inspector

Ideal candidates will have:

• 8+ years of building inspection experience

• Strong commercial inspection background

• ICC/ICBO Combination Certification required

• Pay Range: $38–$46/hour
