What You’ll Do

• Inspect construction sites at every stage to ensure Building Code compliance

• Review building plans (paper and digital)

• Keep projects moving forward while maintaining high standards

• Prepare clear, digital reports

What You Bring

• 8+ years’ building inspection experience

• Strong knowledge of Georgia Building Codes and complex commercial construction

• ICC/ICBO Combination Residential & Commercial Inspector certification (required)

• Excellent communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
