Building Inspector - South Metro Atlanta, Georgia

Charles Abbott Join Charles Abbott Associates (CAA) and enjoy the career of your dreams! We’re seeking a Building Inspector to work for several of our clients in South Metro Atlanta to perform inspections of commercial, industrial and residential construction.

What You’ll Do:

Perform residential and commercial inspections
Ensure compliance with applicable Building Codes and regulations
Review construction plans and documentation
Prepare accurate digital inspection reports
Communicate effectively with contractors, developers, and the public
Help keep projects moving while maintaining high standards

Ideal candidates will have:

3 + years’ municipal building inspection or construction experience
Associate’s in Building Inspection Tech (or equivalent experience)
Working knowledge of national codes, zoning & accessibility regs
ICC Building Inspector cert (or on track to obtain)
Pay Range: $24.00–$31.00/hour
