What You’ll Do:

Perform residential and commercial inspections

Ensure compliance with applicable Building Codes and regulations

Review construction plans and documentation
-
Prepare accurate digital inspection reports
-
Communicate effectively with contractors, developers, and the public
-
Help keep projects moving while maintaining high standards
Building Inspector - Ideal candidates will have:
-
3 + years’ municipal building inspection or construction experience
-
Associate’s in Building Inspection Tech (or equivalent experience)
-
Working knowledge of national codes, zoning & accessibility regs
-
ICC Building Inspector cert (or on track to obtain)
-
Pay Range: $28–$35/hour
Senior Building Inspector - Ideal candidates will have:

8+ years of building inspection experience
-
Strong commercial inspection background
-
ICC/ICBO Combination Certification required
-
Pay Range: $38–$46/hour
