Charles Abbott Associates (CAA) is currently interviewing for a Senior Level Building Inspector for Bryan County.
Essential duties for this position include but are not limited to:

Conducting field inspections of commercial, and industrial construction projects for code, standards and regulation compliance.

Issuing Correction Notices to comply on violations if needed.

Maintaining records such as files and reports regarding inspection and plan check activities if needed for possible legal actions.
Minimum Required Qualifications

4 years of building inspection experience

High School diploma or equivalent education;

Valid State Driver’s license with clean driving record;
-
Excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
Desired Qualification

Knowledge of standard computer software experience such as Microsoft Office
