CAA is currently interviewing for a part-time Administrative Support candidate to work at one of our locations in Riverside County. 

This individual will report to the Land Development Department and will assist CSWPM, CBCCI, and staff with any NPDES or Land Development Division related tasks.  Coordinate necessary work between several entities.  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintaining files, records, and documentation

  • Working alongside Permit Technicians in regards to permit transactions

  • Process invoices for NPDES inspections

  • Answering/Routing incoming calls to the appropriate staff

  • Greeting visitors 

  • Scanning plans

  • Scheduling inspections for Land Development Inspectors

  • Assisting with a variety of clerical tasks such as copying, faxing, filing, checking in plans and other duties as assigned

 

 Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in related field

  • Consistent, professional dress and manner

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel

  • Good time management skills

  • Stable work history
